The organizing committee will identify hotels and guesthouses in different price categories near the conference venue, including partner hotels, negotiated conference rates, booking deadlines, distance from the venue, transportation options, and budget accommodation.

Participants will be responsible for making their own accommodation reservations unless otherwise stated.

Visa Information

Visa requirements vary according to nationality and may change. International participants should consult the official Government of Nepal immigration information before making travel arrangements.

Registered participants requiring a conference invitation letter will be able to request one through the registration portal. An invitation letter does not guarantee the approval of a visa.
